AGES
Boys entering fifth grade up to upcoming high school seniors.
COST
Dixie is $415 per camper. Tuition includes room, board, camp
t-shirt, individual basketball instruction, camp competition and
excess insurance coverage. The Dixie Basketball Camp insurance
policy covers only medical bills in excess of a parent's
insurance coverage on the child.
WHAT TO BRING
Detailed information concerning clothing, bedding and other
necessary items will be mailed to campers upon receipt of
application. All parents are required to sign consent form on
the application.
HOW TO APPLY
Simply fill out an
application form and mail it along with a $100
non-refundable deposit FOR EACH WEEK ALONG WITH A COPY OF THE
FRONT AND BACK OF THE PARENT'S INSURANCE CARD registered to:
